蘆薈萃取物(Aloe Extract)

泰國瑪希敦醫學大學研究指出蘆薈在進食後減弱了胃腸道中葡萄糖的吸收。它還刺激了葡萄糖分解代謝並抑制了葡萄糖的產生,以增強葡萄糖的儲存和利用。統合分析(Meta-analysis)中觀察到蘆薈的糖化血色素(glycated hemoglobin, HbA1c)顯著降低11 mmol/mol (1.0%),依據相關研究平均HbA1c每降低1%可降低21%的因為糖尿病、14%因心肌梗塞及37%因微血管併發症所導致的死亡機率(Suksomboon et al., 2016)
